Underglow on a 2000 civic

I just bought an underglow kit for my 2000 civic and I can't seem to find a place to mount them without being visible from the outside. I have 4 tubes, one for the front, one for the back, and 2 for each side. It seems like I can only hide the front light, any suggestions?
