Wheel cover question

Hi guys will a 98 civic 6 spoke wheel cover fit a 95 civic? I did some measurements. The physical hubcap and center to center lug seem the same. This is on a stock steel 14 inch rim. Thanks

If both wheels are 14s, then most likely it will fit.
