I've got another thread on working through issues with fuel, but there isn't any info at all on my question that I've been able to find, so I'm starting a new thread hoping to help people out in the future.

Does anyone know if the fuel pressure regulators are able to be swapped between different models in the same year range? Do they run on different psi? They look exactly the same beside one having a curved top and have the same markings on them. They say NR-1 on both and are keihin brand.

Car in question is an automatic 99 civic LX d16y7. I currently have a regulator from a 98 accord 2.3l installed since mine failed. That was a quick junkyard swap. I would think the accord regulator would allow more fuel to flow (higher psi) due to it having to supply a larger motor, but I'd like confirmation on this.
