There is a procedure for disassembly and cleaning of the IAC,Think of it as as a touchy ,bitchy atmospheric ,temperature sensitive nagging *** bitch. It never gets better .That valve almost caused a serious fight between my brother & I after ALL was done and even after cleaning the IAC .Turned out the intake had been rocked hard due to a previous accident, Always have a spare IAC or it can make a man insane--Good Luck
