Won't start

Won't start

2000 honda civic hatchback d16y7 I took the intake off, throttle body and fuel rail cleaned it all up good. Put everything together and back on now the car won't start it has spark and fuel. Battery is strong. Tested to see if I had spark and yes. It's me and my son's first honda my son is 15 and we are doing a project car. It's also my first honda so I have no idea whats the problem. Please help

So crank no start?
Are the plugs wet with fuel after you try to start it?

you're sure spark is strong?
try drying the plugs out
then crank the engine a few times with no plugs to dry out the cylinders
then add a tablespoon or two of oil to each cylinder to help restore compression
throw the plugs back in and try to start
