I assume this can be removed from the head and the o ring replaced? How to get it out?

I wouldn't touch it unless absolutely necessary. Is there a problem?

In fact, I've never pulled one out.

Nope, no problem with it, but it’s shown in Honda’s cal head diagrams, with a note to replace the print. Since I was replacing all the rubbers, I ordered one for it as well.
Curious that the fsm doesn’t say anything about removing it anywhere I’ve seen. It just says “oil control office o-ring, replace”
