No interior lights

2000low is an unknown quantity at this point
No interior lights
2000 civic ex. One day I had turned my lights on before I turned my car on and when I cranked it the negative wire came off the terminal and blew the fuse for the interior lights and now when I try to replace the fuse it blows it everytime, I think it's a short in the wiring somewhere. any suggestions?

Time to get out a meter and start checking for shorts to ground!!
