Best radiator

Hey guys, my radiator is cracked and I’m gonna have to replace it so I’m just lookin for the best bang for my buck. I wanna stay cheap but I want to also keep quality as I am soon to throw a turbo setup on it. A few choices would be awesome! Thanks guys!

I wanna stay cheap but
If I needed one, I'd probably take whatever is quickly available at the local parts stores.

You didn't post your car's model or transmission type so you will need to make sure you input those correctly before ordering. Also, make sure they put the correct psi cap on it for your car's engine.

Koyo and TYC (both made in china) seem to come up a lot as an affordable ($50) single core with plastic top and bottom radiator.

If it were me I'd pull a used Honda OEM from a local junkyard for $20, carefully pressure wash it (avoid bending fins), do first fill and bleed with distilled water, drive it around for a while, return and inspect for leaks. If all is good then do another drain/fill/bleed with Pentosin Pentofrost A3 (blue) 50/50 coolant mix.

Re: Best radiator

cheap and quality rarely go hand in hand, denso is the oe part so if you're looking for a simple replacement go with denso, you can order it online and probably save a bit. if you want a 'performance/racing/rice/cool-looking' rad go with the mishimoto one Dong posted

In most cases I would go with a used, known working Honda OE/OEM part versus just about any new aftermarket part of the same replacement. Besides, many of the "new" parts sold at parts store are just remanufactured/refurbished.
