Hi I have a 1999 honda civic dx with a d16y8 head and ecu I keep getting code p0141 I replaced o2 sensor three times replace the catalytic Converter as well and still it's throwing the code hell I went as far to replace the damn ECU in hopes that was the problem and so far no solution anyone ever run into this problem I looked online and it said that it could be from a bad ground where would the ground be? also I know the 02 Sensor has to reach a certain temp and I think it is because my car does run fine just the very small occasional hesitations it happens so rare if I sold the car to someone they wouldn't even know but please if you have the answer help a brotha out!

Did you use the correct sensor. The people behind the parts counters at AZ and PB like to say “universal” ones will work but they don’t.

You may have installed one without a heater circuit.
