2000 honda civic wont run

have a 2000 honda civic wont run have spark changed the main relay and fuel pump seems there is no power getting to the relay grounds are all tight fuses are all good anyone have any suggestions andymsmith

Wiring may not be exactly the same as your car but this should be close enough to see some basics of how a main relay is operated.

Check google for more diagrams, that's where I found these.
