So today i finally timed my car and put the new crank sensor in it. I had to convert it over to a 2 wire plug. Once i finished all this i tried to start it. It backfired first try with no start. Tried again and it started but really bad idle and acted like it was in a limp mode. Then it stalled out. After that when i tried restarting it it was shooting a couple fire ***** from the throttle body so i got out and messed with the distributor and plug firing order changed to diff plug wires made sure it was in the correct firing order now it jus cranks but wont start. I checked the codes and the only code the reader brought up was p0113 which is intake air temp sensor reading high current. So i dont know where 2 go from here. Background on the car: its a 2000 civic Si with a b20z2 and ls transmission.

I recently changed my timing on my b20z2 swapped 2000 si and converted the wiring to a 2 wire connector. Now the car does not start in correct firing order but does in this order 1-3-2-4. But it doesnt run right. Im also getting code for no signal to crank sensor 2.
