Blue 2 Pin Data Connector

Blue 2 Pin Data Connector

I have a 1999 civic si and I cannot find the two pin data connector. Can anyone help me to locate this connector. Thanks in advance.

It's an OBD2 car with a standard OBD2 plug under the dash, that is the data connector.

There should be a blue 2-pin connector for retrieving blink codes up by the top of the passengers kick panel on the ECM harness.
