Waddup guys. the subject is the question. Is it bad for your car? Yes you get a lot of air to cool it down, and also make your car faster, but how to do the belts handle it, and other components.

it would not be advisable,
any (even very slight) modification you make to the body will SEVERELY affect the aerodynamics of the vehicle, which will affect handling and drag,
it boggles my mind to even think about why somebody would even contemplate doing this

I think you'd have to take the doors off to make it look right.
Seriously though hot rodders do it all the time to keep their cars from overheating in hot weather and low speeds but a) they have a reason and b) they put them back on when they can.
