P0134 and P0135 codes

MY CEL came on so I plugged in my OBDll. Both codes came up(P0134 and P0135). I know what the codes stand for since my code reader tells me but I'm not sure what that means. Do I have to replace my oxygen sensor? Do I have to replace more than one?

I have a 2004 Lx. Could I buy just any Oxygen Sensor Pre-cat that fits my car or should I get a certain brand?

Ok...so...What do the codes stand for?

Buy the exact same brand and type that the factory installed.
