98 ex no heat (I'm freezing *****)

I've replaced thermostat and flushed heater core . All hoes are hot except for lower radiator hose its luke warm and I can feel the fluid returning back to radiator . My heat takes for ever just to get luke warm never hott. I've noticed if I have the heat on (no fan on) and car is at normals temps and I turn the fan on I get a blast of HOT air then it slowly dies down to just luke warm air. I've also can hear water swooshing around behind radio like a half empty water bottle is back there. I'm assuming there's air in the heater core idk. Any advice please and thank you.

Yup...Sounds like air trapped in the heater core or hoses..... Typical after the cooling system has been drained.
LOOK at your heater hoses, you may have to move the hoses by hand to get the air to work its way toward the engine.....
Sometimes you have to take apart hose connections to let the air burp out.
Sometimes redlining the engine can generate enough water pressure to push the air on through, but that sure doesn't always work.

If there is a heater hose that droops between engine and firewall, you may need to raise it to work air bubbles past it.
If there is a heater hose that goes up high between the engine and firewall, you may need to push it down to work air bubbles past it..

Raise the front of the car as high as you can safely get it
Make sure heater water valve is really wide open

If your heater hose layout is similar to this diagram, I'd expect air to be trapped in the high point of hose #4....(but I can't tell if it really has a high spot when it's installed in the car).

You can try it but I have my doubts it will work as desired.
