Buying a Hondawith front end knock to it

I looked at a Honda yesterday that I found off of craigslist I drove it and when you turn left and has this weird banging sound I thought tierod or wheel bearing but didn't have a jack with me. I did notice that the right side inner tiered boot was broken and the rack seemed to move around a bit.

Turning the wheel one way yields no noise or knocking turning it the other is loud the steering wheel shakes. Probably why the knock off mom is loose lol
