99 civic top hose hot lower hose cold
I have a 99 civic and it throws fluid out radiator at times-I have white spots on hood and hoses after driving for a while and small amounts of antifreeze on top of fan shroud.. it does not overheat but top hose is hot and bottom hose is still relatively cold...is this a stuck thermostat? or something else...any help is appreciated.
