I have a 98 civic lx and in the morning when I first run the car for about 5-10 miles it makes a whirling/humming noise under the hood and the lites kind of flicker dim and brite...and the faster I go the faster it whirls and the faster the lites flicker...Is this the alternator going bad or a bad ground or something else...any help is appreciated. thanks tg
