Okay so i just bought this 1998 honda civic ex, knowing it had a bad eld, or atleast i thought. My scanner is picking up a bad eld high output, o2 sensor heater malfunction, and another o2 sensor, and a vehicle speed sensor code. I worked on it all day and im still at square one. I have changed the ELD had to order from honda, i have took the intake manifold bracket off and checked for a broken or bare wire and found nothing. I have checked o2 sensors and no broken wires, i reset everything and the only code im not getting back is the VSS. The eld and o2 sensors are still there. When the car is at idle the speedometer is fine but as soon as i start driving it bounces up and down sporadically, and the headlights/dashlights pulse like a bad alternator but i think it is being caused by the eld? please any input would be greatly appreciated im running out of options. the only thing i can think of is the o2 sensor on the back had a burn mark on the exhaust heat shield where it was touching it, i pried the heat shield away from it, but still not working....

blown fuse. And wiring rubbed through on a bracket under the intake.
