Blinker issue
I have a issue with my 97 DX that I am wondering if anyone else has run into. The turn signals blink fast when the headlights are not on as if a bulb was out but all bulbs are working and are the correct bulbs. The hazards blink at a normal pace and if the headlights are on the turn signals blink at a normal pace. Confusing and irritating. All lights are factory, no aftermarkets.

Check the fuse, it might be going out.
