94 civic low idle at running temp

94 civic low idle at running temp
My civic idles at about 500rpm when it gets to operating temp. I pulled the iac valve off n cleaned it while doing spark plugs, cap, and rotor button. It did help a little cleaning the iac valve, but I'm wondering if there's something else I can check
