97 Civic new starter new battery won't start.
I have a 97 Civic LX. She hasn't started for weeks, replaced the starter and battery and nothing. I don't know what to do next. she's started a couple miscellaneous times but nothing since day after Christmas. My uncle had gotten her started and I was driving her home, she lost power 4x on the way home. it seemed to happen after I stopped when I pressed the gas to go she wouldn't move. Then I would restart her and she'd run until it happened again. Any suggestions? she's not worth a shop, couldn't afford one anyways.
