Exclamation 96 Civic Non-VTec Cold Start/Engine Dies

Hey Everyone,

I'm new to the forum, I'm having an issue with my 96 civic. I currently moved to up state NY and not familiar with the cold weather issues. So my car has been having a few issue. Once the temp drops below 50 the car struggles to start. After trying to crank it a couple of times I would say 7-8 or more she won't turn over. Also once she has turned over about a few minutes later she would cut out and I would have to start process over again. This only happens when weather is cold, summer time or during warm weather i had no problems.

What I have done already; I cleaned out the IACV valve, replaced Thermostat temp sensor, new plugs, plug wires, valve cover gasket, distributor cap, and rotor.

This only happens when weather gets cold... Any other ideas would help...

Thanks
