Where is ecm/pcm Connector A (32P)?

I'm trying to diagnose a P1457 code on my daughters 1996 Civic EX. I downloaded a manual and it shows a pic of the ECM/PCM connector A (32P) and I can't find it. I pulled the kick panel and unplugged all the plugs from the ECM and none of them look like the picture. Am I looking in the right area? Also the book say's "VSV (LT GRN/WHT) JUMPER WIRE and I'm assuming that means Light Green & White wire. I have no clue what the "VSV" means. Any help is appreciated.

I have no clue what the "VSV" means.
VSV stands for (EVAP canister) Vent Shut Valve.
assuming that means Light Green & White wire.
Lt Grn/Wht, Connector A, terminal 29 according to my diagram.
