The only way to remove the trim that I know of would be to remove the door panel and push from inside the door shell. I have never removed the trim from the door, but when I replaced my fender I took the small piece out of it, and there are square clips that have to be pressed in on the sides to pop them out. Getting to them is the hardest part..
