99 Civic Squeaking Noise w/ Video

My car is squeaking when the steering wheel is center to right. Happens mostly when driving but also hear it at idle.

When I turn the steering wheel left (counter-clockwise), the squeaking stops.

I took a look under the hood and it sounds like it's coming from near the belt but lower, maybe near the alternator or something loose below it.

Since it seems to be reacting to the steering wheel I would check the belt and pulley's connected together with the power steering pump. Could also be the power steering pump.

Remove the belt and spin the pulley's to see if they make any noise. If the belt is cracked or worn replace it. You could also spray "stop squeak" on the belt to see of the problem goes away. This is not a perminant fix but would let you know if the belt is slipping.
