Front end issue

I just bought a 1999 Civic CX 3 weeks ago and I noticed sometimes when accelerating I hear a sound coming from the front end almost like a wheel bearing is failing(wamp wamp sound gets faster with speed) and the car feels like the front wheels wobbling/pulsating. Do not hear any clicking while turning in either direction

Usually goes away after I shift to next gear. Does not always happen in the same gear. I do not feel any vibration in the steering wheel while this is happening.

I jacked up the car and checked the wheels and they are solid. Was told that the drive shafts are new and they look new and I don't feel any play in them.( Can't slide then side to side).

I put brand new tires on it and got it aligned. My brother said to check the motor mounts. Top mounts on look ok but haven't had time to crawl under the car to check bottom mounts or ball joints yet.

Any suggestions to what could be wrong?
