Reving up while idling- 2000 LX

I have a 2000 LX coupe with an automatic 1.6L engine. I had a check engine light error that my TPS (Throttle Position Sensor) sensor had gone out. This light would come and go and while the light was on it was very obvious the car stayed in gear longer before shifting and would randomly shift gears and did not run as smooth.

I replaced the entire throttle body and it has corrected the problem while driving. Car runs great if it is in drive and I am giving it gas. However when it is in either park or neutral it revs up and back down and does not idle properly. I also noticed when I am driving if let off the gas to coast the car slightly jerks like the engine is revving down.

I purchased a PCV to replace the current valve on the car, but I can not find out where the PCV on the car is to replace it. I read it is above the oil filter on the back side of the engine, but I have yet to find it.

Please any suggestions on fixing my problem or finding the PVC valve location.

Thanks in advance.

It's PCV, not PVC.
A quick search for PCV gave these links

For the idle concerns, first and foremost make sure there are no vacuum leaks.
TB gasket is new and good?
Then you probably need to set the base idle speed and do an idle relearn since you got a new throttle body.

This thread looked like it has some handy info that may help:
