Header/downpipe help!

what size studs am I supposed to use? i got a stock ex header and manifold

The exh. man. studs in the head are 8mm X 38mm X probably 1.25 thread.


The studs at the bottom of the manifold should be 10mm

What I do is hand tighten the studs. Attach two nuts facing each other near the end of the stud, use a torque wrench and torque the studs to 23 ft/lbs using the exterior nut. It doesn't need much. Then you remove the nuts and put the gasket + manifold.

Thanks for the info but s'all good! Got that done bout a week ago and I finally just finished putting on the rest of the exhaust piping/muffler.
