How to get fuel rail off D16Y7?

How to get fuel rail off D16Y7?
Is there a special procedure for doing this? I ordered new injectors and now the
97 lx d16y7
10mm bolt closest to the pressure regulator is impossible to reach with a wrench , swivel extension, etc. (bought a bunch of new tools today while attempting this)
I think possibly if I was able to take of the bottom part of the airbox I may be able to actually access the bolt. there are two identical 10mm bolts, the one on the right side facing the engine is accessible.
any suggestions at all?
also, should I take the fuel rail banjo bolt completely off, or just release the pressure. All I need is the fuel rail up far enough so I can squeeze the new injectors in.
