overheating

I have a 99 honda civic, it keeps overheating so I changed out the thermostat and radiator fan. Its still over heating. I'm not sure what else to do, someone told me it might be the relay switch. Any ideas??

Re: overheating

It may be the fan itself. I changed it on o3 civic ex yesterday. worked like a charm!!!
then bleed the coolant and flush it.
