98 Civic erratic idle when warmed up

98 Civic erratic idle when warmed up
I have a 98 Civic automatic. When you start it up cold, it runs fine. as soon as it warms up the idle bounces from 1000 rpm to 1800 rpm every 2-3 seconds. When you accelerate it smooths out. No codes are showing. Any thoughts as to what is causing this ? I replaced the O2 sensor hoping this was it but no change.

Idle
Air control valve to make sure that it is, remove intake tube and look inside the throttle body you will see a hole which is vacuumed, wear some rubber glove and block that hole and watch the engine return to normal,do this when its surging
