will universal cat fix my check engine light
My check engine light is on due to my catalytic converter. The universal ones are allot cheaper, but i didnt know if that would take care of the check engine light.

Get an OEM cat. The cheap universal ones are made out of cheap metals and won't last long. They also won't take all of necessary pollutants out of the exhaust like an OEM will.
