please help with high idle
I just bought my honda and it has the b16y7 i believe and its a 97 dx. when i start it, it idles around 850. then it gradually rises until 1100 rmps sometimes higher and fluctuates. im losing gas and i tryed adjusting the distributor but it is all the way to one side. i believe the previous owner tryed to cover it up but if i move the dizzy the idle rises

You can try to adjust idle screw on trotole bodi, turn right until end, and back turn left 3/4.
