vapor canister help

vapor canister help
i have a 99 ex and the check engine light came on n the guy at autozone said it could be the vapor canister is saturated and also it could be the vent solenoid and the purge solenoid and i was wondering if this could be fixed or so i gota but new parts i hardly know about car engines i really dont knw what to do any help appricated thx
