Ignition stays powered up

HI EVRONE...new to forum...need advice on 2000 Civic 140k auto ...after key removal radio stays powerd on...ignition switch or lock cylinder problem.??.. Appreciate any help you can give...

You think it might be the ignition switch?
Unplug it, see if the problem goes away.



Still broke?

Name all the aftermarket stuff you have that has wires attached to it.

Aftermarket radio? Unplug it.

Stock radio? Unplug it.

Got kids around? Shake the radio. Kids like to stuff loose change into cassette and CD slots. Guess what can happen then.
