HELP: Wiper Motor Blown (replacement options???)

So I just moved from the states to Germany and bought a 1997 4 door Honda Civic (german spec) although i dont know what that entails or what it matters. Now the day after i buy the car the wipers wouldnt turn off and ended up burning up the engine. Apparantly "water seeped into the chip on the wiper motor and fried it". Now as I said im in germany and the mechanics here refuse to order me a part or attempt to find one for me to order. I have been looking online but noone seems to have a 1997 Wiper Motor.

So my question is this: Can i order a new one.. a 2011 wiper motor (arm assembly etc...) and it will fit/work. Or is there a different car that has it or a company i can order this from. Or am i just boned?

Any help is greatly appreciated I am kinda stuck out here and not getting any local help.

I saw 3 or 4 different part numbers just for a 97. I don't have any way to look up non-US market here. I can't even look up Canadian stuff on the Honda USA site.

Do they have Autozone (LOL) over there? Junkyards? Pick-n-pull?
