2000 Civic Ex won't start

Car started fine on Sunday. Moved it out of the garage. Started it again later in the day and parked it in the garage. Started fine both times. Monday, it will crank, but not catch.

Car:
2000
EX
Auto
179,000 miles

Mods:
None

Tried so far:
Starter. Replaced it even though I should have checked other items first. No effect other than it cranks a little harder now.
Battery. Tried jumping the car with no success.
Spark. Tested one of four, didn't test others because the way I was doing it wasn't safe. Had spark,
Fuel. Seems to be getting fuel. I can smell fuel from the tail pipe and on one plug I removed. Also put about a tablespoon of gasoline in the intake to no effect.
DTCs. None shown.

Done recently: replaced all spark plugs, valve cover gasket, and spark plug tube seals about six months ago.

My code scanner is relatively simple. I can't test for RPM signal as I have seen in other posts here.

Any ideas? It cranks, but never catches. It doesn't ever cough or sputter. Any help would be appreciated.

Also removed fuel pump fuse (which tested good for continuity) and placed a test probe in the socket and turned the key. Got 12.6 volts.

Check the spart again. Make sure your getting a good spark. Have seen this before when you get a little spark and think thats enough when it may not be.

Also check the fuel again to make sure. You can do this easy. Take some wd40 and spray it in the throttle body when your cranking. If the car starts for a second then you know your not getting enough fuel.

See how this goes and let me know.
