97 civic Distributer problem

97 civic Distributer problem Hello everyone I have a 97 civic d16 engine and Im having problems with my acceleration. So I hop in my car one day as soon as I got it running. I wanted to see what this bad boy can do lol so I floor it, I hit 2nd gear floor it 3rd gear floor it but all gears have the same problem... They hesitate to go. It takes a while for it to start running fast even when I floor it and it won't pass 100mph at all floord and all it will not let me pass 100. So someone told me its my distributer, can my distributer be causing this problem ?
