slight problem

i have a problem (somehow always happens to me), whenever i change 1 or the last spark plug (the far right), either the old spark plug breaks, or the extender breaks... how my extender that broke half of it is still in it but i dont know how to get it out without removing the head. what is the easiest/cheapest way to get the other half out?

side note the extender that broke was bendable so i sorta had it coming...

Re: slight problem

magnet would be fantastic.... but the half that is still in the valve, is still connected into the socket which is connected to the old spark plug which is still connected in to its... well.... socket valve place whatever lmao so idk if a magnet would have enough power to get it out. i was gonna say needle nose pliers... but idk...

Re: slight problem

Yeah, pliers. Depends on the depth at which the thing is broke off whether you can grab it. Otherwise you may have to take the head off- sorry.

Re: slight problem

well... its about as deep as the spark plug socket goes (just above the spark plug tip), i dont wanna get the head off cuz then ill have to get a new head gasget which is gonna cost bout 100$ -.- cant i get a um... grease things... it is able to put grease on it which makes the extender slip out easier... is that a way?
