Hey, new to forums. I just got a civic a couple weeks ago and barely got to drive it today for a litte. And of course its a new car so I let the vtec kick in a couple of times, nothing too major. And I noticed when I was at a stop, that it was idling at around 200-300rpm? Almost to where it is stalling I guess. Is this normal for a honda? Its a d16y8. I don't know too much about cars really.

I had this problem with my civic before i did a tune up on it. Plugs, wires, cap, rotor and air filter later it was gone.
