97 Civic LX Lights Issue

97 Civic LX Lights Issue I been to 3 shops no one knows whats wrong as soon as i turn on my car all my lights are brighter than usual then dim again as i drive same things dash headlights start to get bright n dim anybody have any ideas what this can b?

I had a similar issue in my old car, and it was the alternator causing the problem. Shortly after I noticed the problem, my alternator went out completely and I had to get a new one. I would suggest testing that and your battery.

What he said. My guess would be that the voltage regulator is going bad in your alternator. I had the same problem on my first car back in the day when i was 15. The headlights actually fried because of too much output. It was the craziest then. Start there bud.
