1996 civic

i have a 96 civic ex.when i accelerate slow it runs good. when i accelerate hard it starts to stutter hard aroumd 3 to 4 rpm's. help please.

when was the last tune up? that means new cap, rotor, plugs, wires, fuel filter, air filter? Also run some fuel injection cleaner through it use seafoam or a good brand of injection cleaner.
