PCV Valve question

I HAVE done my research and have come up inconclusive, now I suppose I will post, so, where the hell is it? I know it is above the oil filter, and for the life of me I cannot find it, does anyone have a good picture to it, or a how to video ???

I have a 1997 civic LX d16y7 5speed

Re: PCV Valve question

Haha. The pcv valve on my car was a PiTA. Its worse changing it. Iirc, it located right above the I'M, between the 2nd and 3rd cylinders just behind the valve cover. I'll snap a photo once I get home, but hopefully that gave you a little more clarity. Let's hope someone can snap one before I do though. Lol.

Okay, buddy. I got around to snapping 2 photos for ya. I have a camera on my phone, so pardon the sloppiness and the not so great skillz.

You see that piece like RIGHT below the flashlight in the 1st pic? That's the location. Between 1&2. The 2nd pic, I tried to shine the light directly on it to give you a better view. I hope that helps you. I have a B-Series engine, but I think they should be in about the same location though. You'll probably wanna get a pair of needle nose pliers to make it a little easier on yourself. Edit: I went back and tried to circle them in MS Paint. Lol
