96 civic ex wont turn on!

so i have been having problems with my civic turning on lately. i have to give it a jump to start the car like all the time. ive even gotten a new battery and still the same problem. then i didnt start the car for about 2 weeks. and the car wont start now. even when i give it a jump. i have an after market sound system in it that has given me problems with the battery before but it would always start after a jump now it wont... Please someone help my honda!

You know it might have something to do with the starter. or the ignition switch. You need to check both of those.
