Quick help... CHAMBER KIT?!?
I am going to go look at a 1999 honda cx later today, and the guy selling it said he had "4-point corner camber kit on all 4 wheels". What exactly does this mean? Also what is a chamber kit, and is it going to change the stock 5lugs to something different?

Camber is the measurement of how far out of vertical your tire is. When you lower your car it throws the camber out of spec. A camber kit fixes the problem with adjustable bolts (front) and adjustable control arms (back).
That civic didn't come with 5 lug, he did a conversion from an Integra.
