My 1998 Honda EX-G will not start at times.

My 1998 Honda EX-G will not start at times. No sound or click is heard when attempting to start. However when I wiggle the wiring harness located near the left side of the engine block under the distributor assembly (I believe is the power supply to the starter) it will start.
Primary O2 Sensor recently replaced and just replaced the distributor assembly last week. I am stumped. Is there any way you can provide some insight? Thanks,
