alternator keeps going out

alternator keeps going out Hi I'm new to this forum and just trying to fix my friends honda. its a 1998 civic dx I'm pretty sure. My friend has had the alternator replaced twice in the last month and now its gone out again. The battery is also brand new The only thing I can think of is to replace the cables. If anyone has encountered this problem or has any ideas I would appreciate your input ,thanks
