question... need help

I have a 2000 Honda Civic Ex. We just had a snow storm and I knocked something loose on my car in the snow. It is on the back passenger side about a foot or so in front of the back tire. It appears to still be attached by a black cord. It looks to be about a foot long, at least whats left of it. It is glass. It is about a half inch in diameter. I dont know what this is, as I am clueless about my car can someone tell me what this might be. My car is still running and seems to be running just fine. Any help would be appreciated. THANKS!!!

I think that you have the leftovers of some ricer lights under your car. Trace the "cable"/wire and tell us where it ends up.
