Re: Electrical problems,

After you press the cruise button, are you pressing the set button on your steering wheel?

Re: Electrical problems,

I just had a friend who works on car electronics at future shop take a look at my car, he dropped the dash after seeing tons and tons of loose wiring just hanging down from above the pedals, turns out it was from the old alarm system, which the module had been "ripped" out. After a more detailed inspection he had come to the conclusion that some one had attempted to steal the car, it seem as though they didnt get the job done.
He had also mentioned that there was a bunch of screws missing and the ones that were in place were all random non-original screws.
I assume when the previous owner founded his car in the attempted theft manor, he did a poor job in fixing up the mess, leaving loose wires, screws, and electrical faults.
Everything is clean and inplace now, my wiper blades work fine along with a couple other things that didn't work before. My cruise control still doesn't work tho, I'll figure that out another day.

As for the previous owner not telling me someone had tried to steal his car, thats a real **** off
